About Us

JET Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic serving the Lincoln County area and surrounding communities. JET Physical Therapy offers a wide range of physical therapy, sports medicine, and training services including, but not limited to prevention, education, rehabilitation, and performance.

JET Physical Therapy was founded in 2015 by Justin Tepen. Justin graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. He then pursued further education at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. In 2008, he graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Justin specializes in outpatient physical therapy, as well as providing home health services to the local community. His 15+ years of experience has provided him with a tremendous amount of insight regarding physical therapy, rehabilitation, and the importance of health and wellness throughout the lifespan. JET Physical Therapy has several licensed physical therapists that are trained in focusing on the individual's wants and needs.

We are centrally location in Troy, MO at 109 North Lincoln Drive Ste A near the intersection of state highway 47 and highway 61. We except most insurance plans and offer cash plans if needed. We look forward to working and assisting you!

Christine Wommack, PTA

Christine is an SIUC alumni. Her career in physical therapy sparked following an injury she sustained playing professional basketball in Lucerne, Switzerland in 2010. After ending her professional career in Amsterdam in 2012, Christine began working as a physical therapy technician. Following 2 years of technician experience, she began pursuing her licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Christine graduated from Illinois Central College in 2016, and has resided in the Troy area since. In her free time, Christine enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Justin Tepen, DPT

Justin is married to his wife Lauren and they have 3 kids. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics in 2004 from University of Missouri-Columbia before earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008 from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He specializes in orthopedic/post-operative care and acute/chronic pain of cervical and lumbar spine. He loves the outdoors and spending time with his wife and kids.

Toni Hayden - Front Office/ Insurance Specialist

Toni has 25 years experience in medical office setting as well as insurance coordination. She manages all of our insurance authorizations as well as credentialing, she works at both of our locations.

Donnetta Wilkerson- Clinic Manager/PT Wright City

Donnetta earned Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physical Therapy degrees in 2009 from University of Missouri-Columbia. She began her career in orthopedic PT in central Missouri before moving to the St. Louis area in 2023. Donnetta enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions whether they are acute, chronic or somewhere in between. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching any sporting event and traveling.

Aimee Entwistle- Billing Specialist

I joined the Jet Physical Therapy Team July 2024. My previous work was in the Dental field and I changed over to the Medical field. I love working with patients to help them be able to get the best Physical Therapy along with their financial needs. Our team here at Jet Physical Therapy is more like a family. Fred Tepen, Manager/Insurance Specialist

Fred is a lifelong resident of Bowling Green, MO. He graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia in 1969 with a degree in Agriculture Economics/Business. He is married to his wife, Debby of 44 years. He has been managing JET Physical Therapy and specializing in insurance over the past 8 years.
