Most people don't plan on getting hurt at work but injuries happen especially when workers have high physical demand activities that they have to carry out on an everyday basis. On the other hand, sometimes the simplest of activity but it is done in repetition fashion takes a toll on the body and it causes a dysfunction. Workers need to be trained in flexibility and postural exercises to prevent a breakdown of tissue causing the employee to miss work.
